The Brewster Ladies’ Library is the free public library for the Town of Brewster and is governed by the Brewster Ladies’ Library Association (BLLA), a private nonprofit corporation. It is managed by a Board of Directors elected by the membership of the Association.
The library is funded by both the Town of Brewster, which supplies 75%, and the Brewster Ladies’ Library Association, which supplies 25% of the operating budget, in addition to special events such as the Fall Speaker series and Sunday concerts.
Your tax-deductible contribution will help:
- Support the acquisition of books and periodicals
- Provide some of the Library’s favorite programs:
- For Youth -Toddler Town, Move and Groove, Lego Club, Story Hour, Summer Reading Events and many others
- For Adults – Museum Passes, Sunday Concert Series, Friday Film Series, Author Talks, One Book One Town Series
You also have the opportunity to become a member of the Brewster Ladies Library Association. This is another way to support the Association’s 25% yearly budget contribution to the library. To learn more about Membership click here.
